Rental Requirements 

• Valid Driving License • Passport or ID card • Valid credit card •

Photocopied documents are not acceptable.

Additional Driver

TWOHeadS company do not charge extra for an additional driver.

The rented vehicle may be driven only by persons listed in the contract and authorized by the Lessor.

Rental Period

Rates are based on 24 hour period, applicable grace period 1 hour.

Payment and Deposit

Payment is required at the time of car pick-up. Payment is accepted in cash or by credit cards. 

We do not accept cash for security deposit on retail rentals. Renter must present a valid credit card at the time of pick up. Credit card holder must be renter or family member traveling with.

Fuel

The car is rented with full tank and the fuel consumption is on renter’s expenses. The non-returned amount of fuel is deducted from the deposit plus € 10.00. 

Delivery / Collection

• Bansko and the area (up to 15 km): Free of Charge.

• Sofia Airport: Available on request only.

Traveling Abroad

Cross Border car rentals in Greece are available free of charge.

For visiting other European countries and Macedonia please contact us.

Road Tax and Limit of kilometers

There is no extra charge for road tax and there is no limit of kilometers.

Insurance

Third Party Liability is included in the rental rate and the car is covered according to the Bulgarian law. Copy of this document is available in the car for inspection.
